We prepare Grade 12 learners for the Academic and Quantitative Literacy (AQL) component of the National Benchmark Tests (NBT’s) as well as international tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, and MET. In South Africa the NBT results are used as additional admission criteria by different universities such as UCT and Wits, and different department and faculties within universities, such as the Faculty of Law and the School of Tomorrow at Stellenbosch University. At North-West University, the TALL test (designed by Albert Weideman) is used for placement.

Our language courses and tests are tailored to specific domains and kinds of communication. The designs may be in the form of a language plan, a language test, or a language course. The designs are imaginative and creative, yet deliberate and theoretically justifiable.

Our motto – GROW  MEASURE  INTERACT – refers to developing language, measuring language ability, and communicating successfully.
